Early Life

Casillas was born on May 20, 1981 in Mostoles, Community of Madrid José Luis Casillas, a civil servant at the Ministry of Education, and María del Carmen Fernández González, a hairdresser.  As a young child, one weekend football predictions Casillas forgot to post his father on weekends his father entered correctly predicted all 14 results.
